4. Subscription and Billing

Gig Friend offers various subscription tiers and metered billing. Fees are processed via Stripe. You agree to pay all charges associated with your account based on your chosen tier or usage.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at our discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users or the service.

6. Limitation of Liability

Gig Friend is provided "as is" without any warranties. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
